HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT MY ORDER WENT THROUGH?
Once you have completed the order process, you will receive an email with your order confirmation number. If you do not receive a confirmation number this means that your order did not go through. Please note: If your e-mail address was not entered correctly, a confirmation number will be generated, but you will not receive the e-mail confirmation.
CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER ONLINE?
Once our carrier has picked up the order, you will be able to track the shipment of your order by logging in to your account or by tracking your package using the tracking number that was emailed to you.
WHAT ALLERGENS MIGHT BE IN THE PRODUCTS?
Our facility handles wheat, milk, eggs, soy, tree nuts and peanuts.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM ORDERED FROM THE BUTTERFLY COOKIE SHOP LLC?
Due to the perishable nature of our products and the fact that we cannot control how our products are transported and stored in the shipping process, once delivered to the customer, The Butterfly Cookie Shop LLC does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
